Client Terms Of Service

Payment Terms

For project-based work, a deposit of 50% is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final files are released or a website is launched.

For ongoing or recurring services, including Digital Growth and website care plans, payment is required in full and in advance of each service period, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The service will begin once the initial payment has been received. Subsequent payments are due before the start of each new service period.

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise. Where an invoice relates to work or a service that requires payment before commencement, work will not begin until payment has been received. Late payments may incur statutory interest and recovery costs in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Brightway Studio Ltd reserves the right to pause or suspend work or ongoing services where payment is overdue.

Ownership & Usage Rights

All design work, concepts, and deliverables remain the property of Brightway Studio Ltd until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights are transferred as agreed in the project scope.

Brightway Studio Ltd retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Termination

If a project is terminated by the client after work has commenced, the deposit remains non-refundable. Any work completed beyond the deposit amount will be invoiced accordingly.
